What better way to spend a beautiful, sunny day in Aspen and the Roaring Fork Valley than hitting balls on the expertly manicured links? Aspen’s municipal 18-hole golf course features 7,000 plus yards of water hazards, deep bunkers, and precise pin placement. It is located across Highway 82 near the Maroon Bells turnoff.
Just a short distance from downtown Aspen is another public 18-hole course, designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay. This course is part of a large recreational facility that includes tennis, racquetball, and squash courts, along with a gym and athletic club with all the luxuries. Green fees are about $60.
